The 3-question test
Is it a Founder task?
Founder tasks are the things only you can do. Non-Founder tasks still matter, and your business can't run without them. They just don't need to be done by you.
Not sure which is which? Ask yourself three questions:
Does this genuinely need me?
Non-Founder task if: NoWould this hour help me reach my goal?
Non-Founder task if: NoCould someone trained do it well?
Non-Founder task if: YesIf the answers are no, no and yes, it's a Non-Founder task, and it belongs on your Task List.
